X9 RCC - Create Test Checks and ICL Files

X9 RCC is a Windows desktop application for creating test check images and test ICL files for use in debugging your remote deposit capture or other Check 21 based solution. 

Text files are used to describe check information (payee, payor, MICR line contents, Dollar amount, etc.) as well as to tailor output ICL files to meet testing needs which can include compatibility with a particular Check 21 solution or bank depository format.
