Trouble with Licensing?

If you need to contact All My Papers with a License Manager issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT delete current license
  2. Download the latest version of License Manager
  3. Uninstall LM you are using and install the version you just downloaded.
  4. Run License Manager and click the Diagnostics button.
  5. Copy diagnostic information to the clipboard
  6. Create an email to
  7. Paste clipboard into email and describe the nature of your issue.

If you cannot perform these steps, please contact your IT department.
