How do I move a license to another computer?

Please follow these steps

Confirm that maintenance is current be contacting accounting@allmypapers.com

Identify the original Purchase Order under which this license was acquired or provide the email containing the original license codes provided to you company.

Download and install the new latest License Manager software.

Start the License Manager click the Diagnostic button on the main page (About from the Help Menu in older versions of the License Manager).  Copy the information presented to the clipboard and paste it into your email to support@allmypapers.com.  This information will help us determine the correct replacement license.

Do Not Delete your old licenses YET

Once this information is received and we have verified that maintenance is up-to-date you can delete your license in the latest License Manager which converts it to a temporary license as described and provides a deletion code.

Fillout the Certificate of Destruction including the deletion code and send to to licenses@allmypapers.com.

In addition, please fax the Certificate of Destruction to 408-366-6400.

Once we receive the fax and code, then we can send you a new license.

Please remember that moving from a physical machine to a Virtual Machine  environment requires a new license to be purchased.  Please contact sales@allmypapers.com for details.

What is the cost of a license for All My Papers?

All My Papers sells licenses for individual machines (workstation computers or servers) and users.

Licenses control functions and features such as how fast a check image is processed  or how many items are in the check image cash letter file

The purchase license includes support and maintenance for three (3) year renewable terms.

How do I purchase a license for All My Papers Software?

The purchasing process for software licenses at All My Papers

  • A formal quote is sent from our AMP’s accounting application
  • A signed purchase order is received from customer
  • AMP sends sales order for approval to ensure part number, quantity and prices are correct
  • Upon sales order approval, AMP sends 30 day temporary licenses and an invoice
  • Upon receipt of payment AMP sends production licenses

What is included in the license purchase?

In general. the licensing policy for All My Papers (AMP) software – authorizes one user and one physical hardware device/computer. The AMP enabling license for a given machine authorizes only that single physical hardware computer.

AMP’s software requires license and product codes for every computer running AMP’s software including production, evaluation, disaster recovery and trial computers. License fees include support and maintenance for a three-year renewable term.

What is the license Manager software?

The Licence Manager is an application used to install, verify and remove All My Papers’ licenses.  Click Here to download a copy.

The License Manager is a custom application that handles license registration and deletion. This tool allows the customer to register software with AMP using Authorization and Product Codes, and to view the current set of licenses on the workstation. The License Manager is a Web-connected client/server application via standard HTTP protocol. The user must enter name and contact information at the time of registration.

Do I need administrative privileges to install All My Papers licenses?

Yes you must have full control of the registry.

What about Virtual Machine licensing?

The All My Paper VM license enables use of AMP applications in one VM environment and is available to new and existing customers.

AMP includes support for VM environments with static UUIDs such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.

However, installation or configuration support under other VM environments without static UUIDs such as Amazon’s Could Server may be subject to additional installation/configuration support charges.

How do versions of software affect licensing?

The license is stored independently of the software.

This means that software can be removed and reloaded without the need to re-enter the license. A new version of a product can be installed without changing the license.

 

How do I register my license if I do not have access to the internet?

When no Internet connection is available, you can use the Off-Line Registration facility of the license Manager.  Click on the Off-Line Registration tab of the License Manager and follow the instructions.

Verify that your license is currently under maintenance e.g. your organization is up-to-date on the payment of  maintenance fees.  If you don not know, please contact accounting@allmypapers.com.

Acknowledgement of a problem in writing is typically the same day but no later than before the end of the next business day.

The problem description email must contain the failing file or a reference site to access the file.

Time to correct estimates will be issued within seven (7) days for problems that cannot be resolved immediately.

What is included in support and maintenance?

Maintenance entitles the end user customer access to all releases, updates, and patches released for the AMP software, as well as transferring licenses to another PC.

Support: Technical Support is a service which entitles the end user customer access to the All My Papers Support staff.

I have a new developer; how do I get support?

All My Paper provides to single individual must be designated as the contact person for each SDK license.

Developer support is done primarily by email at .

Support hours are M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Support may include phone contact if All My Papers deems it will expedite resolving open issues.
